I thought I would share with all of you what I cooked for our Sunday dinner
Main Dish Sausage & Carrots
1 pack smoke sausage (chopped into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 large yellow onion diced
6 small mushrooms sliced
1 cup sliced carrots
1/4 BBQ sauce of choice
Place 1 tea. of extra virgin olive oil in sauce pan on medium heat.
saute' onions, mushrooms, & carrots till tender.
Add in sausage & 1/4 BBQ sauce.
cover & cook on medium heat for 30 mins.
stir often so it doesn't stick & burn to bottom on pan.
Egg Rice
Cook rice as you normally would.
Fry egg in small pan.
Place one large spoon full of rice in center of plate.
Add in your fried egg. Cut up the egg into the rice.
Add sausage carrot mix onto the side of the plate.
Serve with a large glass of COLD soy milk.
